Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and musician. The most famous of her roles is her theatre work and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American acting professional (female) is most well famous for her role as a regular in the TV series That's So Raven.
